Our consulting services are delivered in the format of workshops, seminars, as well as one-on-one to help our clients maximize their potential. Our team provides specialized advice, education, and skills building on leadership and organizational development to individuals and teams at all levels of the organization. COACHING & MENTORING
Our coaching plan is goal directed and action oriented to help leaders grow and excel in fulfilling the obligations and challenges of their position. We help them maximize their potential to achieve and sustain professional excellence, which ultimately affects the bottom line. We offer both Individual and Team Coaching that is customized over a three (3) month, six (6) month or nine (9) month time period to meet the needs of the individuals and/or teams.
Our team also provides mentoring services, which are much more navigational than coaching. We provide ongoing support through guidance, direction, and career advice for professional and personal development.
Our tutoring services are designed to help our clients achieve academic success. Based upon accepted learning theories, we asses the learning styles of our learners and employ learner centered customized teaching strategies to meet their individual learning needs. We believe that our learner's prior experiences, as well as cognitive, emotional and environmental influences; provide the foundation for acquiring, changing, and/or retaining knowledge and skills.
We offer a variety of presentations to meet the professional development and educational needs of our client's group or organization. Topics include, but are not limited to:
